Residential layouts include studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, with the option for accessible baths that feature grab bars and roll-in showers. Dedicated concierge services are augmented by transportation assistance, laundry services, and weekly housekeeping. Residents also have access to a fitness center, gym, art studio, movie theater, and community-focused living room.

Those living at Eden are encouraged to take part in programs that emphasize social and life skills. They can participate in group fitness activities and adaptive yoga classes, and are provided with daily medication management.
